  • What is A2A Realty Group?
    A2A is a referral-only Florida real estate brokerage that allows agents to park their license, avoid MLS fees, and earn passive income through referrals.
  • Where can I hang or park my real estate license?
    Right here. We’re a licensed Florida brokerage where agents can legally keep their license active without joining an MLS or board.
  • Do I need to be licensed in Florida to join?
    Yes. A2A is currently only available to agents with an active Florida real estate license.
  • I moved out of Florida — can I still join?
    Yes! If your Florida license is active, you can live anywhere and still refer deals.
  • What if I don’t live near your office?
    No problem. A2A operates entirely online, serving agents all over Florida (and beyond).
  • How quickly can I get started?

  • Can I refer clients to other agents?
    Yes! You can refer buyers or sellers to any licensed real estate agent in Florida or anywhere else.
  • Who can I refer business to?
    Any licensed real estate agent — in-state, out-of-state, or even internationally.
  • Where can I refer a customer?
    Anywhere in the world. The key is having an agent on the receiving end who agrees to pay a referral fee.
  • What is the typical referral fee?
    Most referral agreements are 25% of the gross commission earned by the receiving agent’s brokerage.
  • How much of the referral commission do I keep?
    Depending on your plan, you keep 90% to 95%. The remaining goes to A2A to support your license and operations.
  • Are there monthly fees?
    No. You only pay a flat annual fee, starting at $99 depending on your membership tier.
  • Do I have to join an MLS or Board of Realtors®?
    No. We are a non-Realtor® brokerage — that means no MLS access or dues are required.
  • What does it mean to ‘park’ or ‘hang’ my license?
    It means your license is held with A2A in active status, allowing you to legally receive commissions from referrals without doing sales.
  • Is there a long-term commitment?
    Nope. Stay as long as you like. You can transfer your license at any time — no penalties, no pressure.
  • What is a non-Realtor® brokerage?
    We’re a licensed Florida brokerage that is not affiliated with the National Association of Realtors® or a local board. This allows you to skip costly dues and still legally earn referral income.
  • Where can I park my license without paying MLS dues?
