At A2A Realty Group LLC, we are committed to transparency and trust. Our website policies cover the terms of use, privacy practices, and the way we handle your personal information. Plan Subscription and Renewal Policy

Subscription Terms: All plans are billed annually. Upon subscribing, you will be billed for the full year. Payment is due at the time of registration, and no partial payments are accepted.

Automatic Renewal: Plans automatically renew each year unless canceled. You will receive a notification 30 days prior to the renewal date, and you can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for unused portions of a plan after purchase. If you wish to cancel your plan, your account will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
Referral Commission Policy

Referral Commission Rate: Agents will receive a commission based on the referral plan they are subscribed to. The commission rate is up to 95% for Pro plan members and 90% for Starter plan members.

Eligibility: To receive referral commissions, the referred client must close a deal with the agent to whom they were referred. Referrals must be documented through the referral tools provided by A2A Realty Group LLC.

Recruiter Bonus: Agents who purchase the Recruiter Add-On will receive an additional $50 bonus for every agent they successfully recruit into A2A Realty Group LLC.
Agent Recruitment Policy (Recruiter Add-On)

Eligibility: Agents must be subscribed to a Plan and the Recruiter Add-On to earn the $50 per recruit bonus.

Recruitment Process: To recruit an agent, you must submit their information through the official recruitment form. Once the agent joins and remains active for 30 days, you will be eligible for the bonus.

Bonus Payout: Bonuses are paid quarterly, and you will receive a payment in the next available payout period.
Cancellation & Plan Changes

Plan Upgrades/Downgrades: Agents can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time. The new plan will take effect on the next billing cycle.

Plan Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued.

Reactivation: If you cancel and later wish to reactivate your account, you may need to resubscribe to the plan, and any special offers at the time of cancellation may no longer apply.
Confidentiality & Data Protection

Agent & Client Information: A2A Realty Group LLC commits to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of both agents and their clients. Any personal information shared with A2A Realty Group LLC will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Usage: By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data for operational and marketing purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility for Referral Program

Valid Referral: A referral is only valid if the referred party is a new client and not previously in contact with the referred agent. The referral must be documented through the platform’s referral tools.

Exclusivity: Referrals should only be made within the geographic areas that A2A Realty operates. Agents should ensure they are referring clients to licensed professionals in those areas.
